Frank is the public identity of the person who directs Imagia Holdings. The name provides continuity for presenting that direction and taking part in conversations from that role. The public attribution does not reveal the person’s legal name or make it information the audience needs.

Nuc, production behind Mulvin

Nuc is Mulvin’s producer Avatar. Nuc’s hybrid nature describes how the role is composed: an AI agent participates alongside a real human Profile who remains responsible for the work. Hybrid refers to that relationship among participants; it is not determined by the Avatar’s appearance or voice.

A contextual identity with a responsible person

An Avatar can provide presence and continuity for a role while the person connected to it keeps their legal identity protected. The public description explains who is appearing and in what role; identification data and the legal link remain under restricted access.

Knowing who is responsible provides context and makes it possible to attribute a creation within a defined scope. It does not automatically prove that a claim is true, that a representation corresponds to an event, or that its materials are authorized. Provenance, sources, rights, and review retain their own roles.

An introduction, not an aesthetic guarantee

A piece’s validity does not depend on its Avatar looking like a real person. It depends on clearly describing the role, having a responsible person behind the participation, and preserving the context and evidence the content needs. Technical conditions and identity controls must be defined for each experience before they are described as operating capabilities.
