Support Imagia Holdings and its brands on corporate governance, commercial relationships, intellectual property, privacy, employment, regulation, and risk within the scope assigned. Coordinate local counsel when a matter requires qualifications or coverage beyond the selected jurisdiction. This is a hybrid role. Your assigned Imagia location is the closest eligible location to your physical location, in the same country and within 1,000 km; compensation is based on that assigned location. You receive a company laptop and SSH access to a dedicated employee sandbox with an assigned AI agent. Your assigned AI agent supports matter-document organization, jurisdictional research, and drafting workflows under your professional review; it does not replace legal judgment. Using Imagia systems from outside the assigned country or 1,000-km range requires prior approval. A signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is required for every role before access to confidential company or project information.
学歴・専攻
Law degree and current professional license or authorization for the jurisdiction where reserved legal advice will be provided. Eligibility must be verified for the selected location; authorization in one jurisdiction does not imply authorization in another.
資格
- Local bar admission, professional registration, or equivalent authorization as required by the selected jurisdiction and scope.
業務内容
- Advise on assigned corporate and operating matters within authorized jurisdiction.
- Review contracts, brand and intellectual-property matters, privacy, employment, and regulatory issues as assigned.
- Document jurisdictional scope, risk, and required approvals.
- Coordinate qualified local counsel for matters outside the role’s authorization.
